"Consider another Insurance group and agent. State Farm non-renewed my parents home owners insurance due to a LexisNexus consumer report that had false info (a policy claim that did not exist and was outside the time frame of when my parents even purchased a policy.) The agents were not helpful at all. They kept transferring me to folks who said it was the local agents job to be the middle man between the clients and State Farms underwriting group. One agent even hung up the phone on me and after calling (I kid you not over ten time, did not answer). There was no attempt to repeal or help in any way."
