"Drew was so patient with me today. I wasn't the most pleasant person to talk to because it's been a rough day, and I wasn't even close to being in the mood to talk to anyone about car insurance because I fully expected to get a higher or equal rate quoted as what I pay now. When he told me my quote was around $30 cheaper, I didn't believe it at first! And when he told me I could DOUBLE my benefits, for just a few dollars more, I was absolutely floored! He understood my predicament and assured me my quote would stay solid and available until I was able to pay for it, which also helped me relax some. He handled my attitude, shock, and disbelief in stride and seemed to not even bat an eye. Drew is AMAZING!"
