"It took a couple weeks for me to be ready to start the policy but Randy stayed patient with me, giving me a follow up text every couple of days until I was ready. And once I was ready he got everything done in a matter of minutes. He was never rude or pushy and waited until I said go. Which you don't see much patience in any kind of sales these days."
